And it is under district (Sub-town) Bhavnagar. Total (non-migrant) population of the village is nearly 83560, including different cast combination such as Patel, Brahmin, Bharwad (Rabari), Kumbhar(Potter), Suthar(Carpenter),Luhar(Blacksmith) Koli and others. The village is having gram-panchayat (a local self-government organisation) where Mr. Nareshbhai G. Bhatt is the sirpanch and Mr. Bhupatbhai P. Dhameliya is the Dty. Sirpanch. The weather condition of the village is topical, highest temperature in summer is almost reaching to 36C and lowest in winter nights about 16C. Where three main seasons are changing through out the year, Winter, Summer and Monsoon. The village is facilitated with 24 hours water (through Narmada) and almost average 19 hours of electricity supply.(out of 24hours on average of the month). Many temples like Lord Radha-Krishna, Ramji Mandir, Mahadev Mandir (Shivalay), Ramdevpir mandir, Kaagbai Maa mandir (on hill) and many more small temples there are. The Royal village is having three schools, old school (preliminary) New school (intermediate) and a high school. Where for college and other higher studies students have to migrate either nearby towns or to farther. Most of the people of the village are busy with different kind of businesses such as cotton ginning, Oil mill, different kind of shops and many more. Though the traditional business (farming) is still being entertained by some of the villagers but modern way. Royal village is famous among surround village as well as Talaja Taluka for their unity, integrity and utilities. Most of the people say that if there is any occasion, celebration of festival in Royal, no other villages can do perform like people in Royal can do. Most of them admiring the food being offered during marriages, festivals or any occasion for high numbers of people. One of the reason is people in Royal believe in better, they say "if to organise something then better way otherwise not to do". There are no more words to explain about the great village Royal.
